1400 kilometers and a moose

The holiday season is here... for us anyways. Sunday morning we packed the truck and began the 1400km drive through the province from Thunder Bay to our first stop in Lindsay, Ontario. 15 and a half hours later we arrived. Besides not turning the wipers off once, the drive was great.

I had promised Nicole ages ago that I would help her see a moose, and even with Algonquin park in our backyard for over a year and a half it didn't happen until 1:30 yesterday. Nicole finally saw her moose just browsing away on poplar like they do. There is a good chance this cow was pregnant. As usual, I never seem to take as many pictures as I would like, but enjoy the moose.
