No Better Time

In my opinion there is no better time to take a walk in the bush then after a fresh dumping of snow. We didn't get as much snow as those in other parts of the Province or Eastern states but we did get enough to make for a good time outdoors. I took a stroll through a Jack Pine and Spruce stand as I was craving that real Northern Boreal feel and I knew it would make for a few great pictures.

There's nothing like that particular hush that comes with a fresh coat of snow in a forest. I live a few hundred miles south of you and have been out in the woods looking for signs of spring already. I think our snow season is pretty much over. I'm looking forward to some of your pictures of the seasonal transition.

Where abouts are you living Randall? I am hoping for at least one last good dumping before the black flies start biting...

Down around New York City. Looks like we're gonna get some slop tomorrow, but I think the accumulating stuff is done down here.
